Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler with strong manual dexterity and an interest in hands-on work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and putting components together, has a basic mechanical aptitude, and is eager to learn how to troubleshoot and improve product performance. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components by following written instructions, diagrams, or verbal guidance
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and correctly
• Perform simple functional checks to ensure products operate as expected
• Identify obvious assembly or performance issues and report them to a supervisor or team lead
• Make basic adjustments or rework assemblies as instructed
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the assembly process
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small or detailed components
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and repeat processes consistently
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a production environment
• No prior assembly experience required; hands-on experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work (job-related)
• Familiarity with basic tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, or measuring tools
• Interest in mechanical, electrical, or technical work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to use hands for repetitive tasks
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, following safety guidelines
